Glycosylated Steviol Glycosides(GSG) is also called Enzyme Modified Stevia. EnzymeModified Stevia (Glucosyl Steviol Glycosides or GSG) is a series of natural flavors with modifying properties made from stevia leaf extract. Normal steviol glycosides product (economical SG90) has a slight bitter aftertaste. In order to improve the sweet taste, we grafted the glucosyl group to steviol glycosides through the catalysis of glucosyltransferase. Thus, the taste of GSG improves significantly. This process does not apply any solvents or processing aids not approved for use in food processing. GSG can be used as a sweetening flavoring substance and be widely applied in food and beverages.
