The sweetness intensity decreased and sweet onset delayed with GSG. Both Mango and passion fruit flavors were somewhat suppressed with GSG. A key point is that GSG modified the flavor profile.Mango flavor was enhanced and the passion fruit flavor reduced with GSG.
